Thomas Fazzio
I'm Thomas Fazzio, Instructional Technology Analyst at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.
Thomas Fazzio also goes by Tom Fazzio. He provides all technical planning and support at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. He is responsible for all arrangements in the school requiring with video or web conferencing, event video recording, web video publishing, live audio PA, and more. You'll hear his name as the recording engineer for a weekly long-form radio interview series with a Maxwell professor on WRVO, the nearby NPR affiliate.
Thomas is also a journeyman with the Syracuse local of the International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees; this organization provides skilled labor for large theater and stage productions such as nationally touring concerts and musicals.
Thomas is also a NYS licensed pyrotechnician with American Fireworks. In the past, he was a NYS certified emergency medical technician and served as a trained firefighter for nearly 10 years and lieutenant officer for 3 years with the Manlius Fire Deparment. With the Manlius FD, Tom coordinated the intense and comprehensive new recruit orientation and training which serves as part of a model program for statewide volunteer recruiting.
